Access, correction, and deletion requests

For the informational website and project email

The website does not accept chat messages or store inquiry form submissions. If you sent us an email, or want to ask about website request data, you may submit a privacy request.

How to request

1. Email bilalmohsin328242@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject.
2. Tell us which right you want to exercise and the approximate date/channel. Do not send passwords, payment details, government ID, or other sensitive information.
3. We may ask for limited information to verify the request. We aim to respond within 30 days. We will explain if a legal retention requirement or provider-controlled record affects the result.

What we can delete

Project emails are deleted no later than 90 days after the last response or closure under the operator's retention procedure, unless a legal claim or obligation requires longer. If you request earlier deletion, we will delete active copies we control unless an exception applies. Deleted messages may remain temporarily in a provider's systems under its own deletion schedule.

Nexora does not maintain a separate visitor-log database for the static website. Cloudflare may process or retain technical and security data under its service terms and account settings; provider-controlled records may not be directly deletable by Nexora and may follow Cloudflare's retention schedule.
